The Board of Glen Oaks is offering the following amendments for owner consideration:
1. Section 10 of Exhibit A of the Bylaws is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Association Responsibility - All aspects of maintenance of individual storage spaces.
Unit Owner Responsibility - None.
1. Article 5, Section 5.1.1 of the Declaration is amended to add the following to the end of such Section:
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Declaration or the Bylaws, the Association is responsible for the maintenance and related repairs, in all aspects, of individual storage areas/spaces that are part of the unit's patio.
